Collective Action on the Rise: How the Labor Movement Can Sustain the Momentum of Change

Despite an onslaught of attacks on the freedom to organize, including the recent Supreme Court decision in Janus v. AFSCME, working people are joining together on a scale we haven’t seen in years. From teachers marching for raises to young workers signing union cards, a wave of collective action is sweeping across the country and securing a better economic deal for working families. This panel of workers and organizers will discuss recent organizing victories as well as ongoing campaigns, sharing on-the-ground insights about what’s working and what comes next.
